Shipping

• Production Time: Estimated production times are provided upon order confirmation and are subject to change based on order complexity, material availability, and current production schedule. We will endeavor to inform you of any significant delays.
• Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. They commence from the date of dispatch and depend on the chosen shipping method and destination.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location (within India), weight, dimensions of the order, and the chosen shipping method. These costs will be added to your final invoice.
• Shipping Methods: We utilize reputable third-party courier services for shipping. The choice of courier may depend on the destination and nature of the goods.
• Risk of Loss/Damage: The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Client upon dispatch from our premises or handing over to the nominated carrier. While we take utmost care in packaging, AAURA CRAFTING is not responsible for damage or loss incurred during transit.
• Delivery Address: It is the Client's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details or re-delivery attempts will be borne by the Client.
• Consignment Tracking: We will provide tracking details for your shipment once dispatched, where available from the courier service.
• Receipt of Goods: It is the Client's responsibility to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery.
• Visible Damage/Discrepancies: Any visible damage to the packaging or goods, or discrepancies in the quantity received, must be reported to the courier personnel at the time of delivery and clearly noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) slip. Photographic evidence should also be taken.
• Reporting to AAURA CRAFTING: Such issues must also be reported to AAURA CRAFTING in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so may affect our ability to assist with claims against the courier.
• Customs and Duties (for International): If an order is shipped outside of India (which is currently not indicated but for future consideration), the Client will be solely responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country.
