Payment

• Pricing: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, GST, shipping costs, and any customs duties, unless otherwise stated.
• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation to initiate production and secure materials.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance of 50% of the total order value, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, is due and payable upon completion of production and prior to dispatch of the goods. For new clients or large orders, full upfront payment may be required at our discretion.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI or Specific bank details will be provided on the invoice.
• Late Payments: AAURA CRAFTING reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, from the due date until full payment is received. Production and delivery may be paused or delayed for overdue accounts.
• Invoicing: Invoices will be issued in accordance with Indian tax regulations. Clients are responsible for providing accurate GSTIN details for B2B invoices.
• Price Revisions: In the event of significant fluctuations in raw material costs, labor costs, or other unforeseen circumstances, AAURA CRAFTING reserves the right to revise quoted prices before order confirmation.
