Order Placement & Acceptance

• Quotations: All quotations provided by AAURA CRAFTING are valid for a period of 10 working days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice after this period.
• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed accepted only when AAURA CRAFTING issues a email confirmation or invoice. Until such confirmation, all orders are considered provisional.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Certain products may be subject to a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) as specified in our product catalog or quotation. Orders below the MOQ may be subject to additional surcharges or may not be accepted.
• Customization Details: It is the Client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete customization details, including artwork, logos, text, colors, and any other specific instructions. AAURA CRAFTING will not be held responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

Artwork & Design

• Artwork Submission: Artwork must be submitted in the specified formats high-resolution JPEG, PNG, PDF for certain applications. Artwork that does not meet our specifications may incur additional charges for recreation or modification.
• Proof Approval: We will provide a digital proof of the customized artwork for your approval before production commences. It is the Client's sole responsibility to thoroughly review and approve the proof, including but not limited to, spelling, grammar, colors, placement, and size.
• Client Responsibility for Errors: Once a proof is approved, AAURA CRAFTING will not be held responsible for any errors or discrepancies in the final product that were present in the approved proof. Any changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges and delays.
• Color Matching: While we strive for accurate color reproduction, slight variations in color may occur due to different printing processes, material absorption, and monitor calibration. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a specific Pantone Matching System (PMS) color is provided and matched as closely as possible, subject to material limitations.
• Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use, reproduce, and authorize AAURA CRAFTING to use the submitted intellectual property (e.g., trademarks, copyrights). You agree to indemnify and hold AAURA CRAFTING harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the infringement of third-party intellectual property rights related to the artwork provided by you.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

• Customized Products: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or an error on our part that significantly deviates from the approved proof.
• Reporting Defects: Any manufacturing defects or errors must be reported to AAURA CRAFTINGS in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by clear photographic evidence and a detailed description of the issue. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before authorizing a return or replacement.
• Resolution of Defects: If a valid defect attributable to AAURA CRAFTINGS's manufacturing process is confirmed, we will, at our sole discretion, either: Replace the defective products with new ones matching the approved proof. Offer a credit note for future purchases. Issue a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the defect.
• Order Cancellation: Orders for customized products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced or raw materials specific to your order have been procured. Cancellation requests made prior to commencement of production may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order value to cover administrative costs and any expenses incurred design work, sourcing costs. Advance payments are generally non-refundable for cancellations initiated by the client.

Limitation of Liability

• Indirect Damages: In no event shall AAURA CRAFTING be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Products giving rise to the claim.

Force Majeure

• Definition: AAURA CRAFTING shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargos, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, government regulations or directives, or major disruptions to transportation or supply chains.
• Notice: If such an event occurs, AAURA CRAFTING will promptly notify the Client and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of the event.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws of the State of Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
• Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Amicable Resolution: The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good faith negotiations.
